There's no such thing as bad kids-just kids that make bad choices. Using bullying and other serious behavior issues as a backdrop, we will explore the developmental underpinnings of challenging behavior and learn practical techniques for inspiring good choices as well as working through the consequences of bad ones. This session will arm you with the tools you'll need no matter what age group you work with!

- The ability to develop a core philosophy for your entire team that will provide clarity and consistency when confronted with behavior issues
