Applicants pursuing Full Certification must submit the following:

• FLE Employer Work Experience Assessment & Verification Form
• Current resume or vita
• Examples of FLE Work Experience

and one of the following:

• FLE Work Experience Summary Form - Exam - For those taking the CFLE exam and documenting work experience at the same time.
• FLE Work Experience Summary Form - Upgrade - For Provisional CFLEs ugrading to Full certification.
• FLE Work Experience Summary Form - Combined - For those applying for Full Certification through the Abbreviated Application process.

CFLE Fees

Please note: fees are non-refundable.

• If pursuing Full Certification through the Exam Application Process the work experience fee is included in the Exam Application fee.
• If upgrading from Provisional Certification the fee is $115 NCFR Member/$165 Non-member.
• If applying for Full Certification through the Abbreviated Application Process, the work experience review fee is $90 NCFR Member/$140 non-member (Note: This fee is in addition to the Abbreviated Application base-fee - $105 NCFR member/$150 non-member).
