Best Poster Awards (One Student - One New Professional)
Purpose:
Family Therapy Section poster awards are intended to foster scholarly activity and to assist in identifying future leaders.
Award (Plaque, Money, Recognition, etc.):
The award winner will receive a $125 cash award and a certificate. Two awards will be presented - one for Student and one for New Professional.
Criteria:
- Student or NP within three years of graduation
- Current member of NCFR and the Family Therapy Section
- First author on poster submitted to section
- Must present paper at the annual conference
Nomination/Application Process:
- Upon acceptance of paper for presentation, students will be contacted by a section representative and invited to apply for the award. Applicants' posters are judged at the conference.
Deadline for Application:
The deadline is concurrent with the NCFR conference submission deadline.
