The 650 students at Alliant's Los Angeles campus are enrolled in graduate programs within the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), Center for Forensic Studies (CFS), Graduate School of Education (GSOE), and the Marshal Goldsmith School of Management (MGSM). The psychology, forensics, and organizational psychology students primarily attend classes during the day; most of the education students are enrolled in evening classes. The average class size at the campus is about 15 students. Students come from all over the nation and globe, making the Los Angeles campus as diverse as the surrounding community.

The Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy (MFT) program offered on Alliant's Los Angeles campus provides training for a career as a professional marriage and family therapist. Students are trained to treat relational mental health issues with individuals, couples and families from a systemic perspective. Skills are developed in the mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals and relationship systems.
