The Minnesota Gerontological Association is offering a free webinar on "Vital Involvement & Meaningful Living Even in a Nursing Home." The presentation will introduce and explain vital involvement and provide illustrative examples of vital involvement being expressed by elders ranging from the "young" old to the "very old" old, and from independence and activity levels such as from robust pre-retirement through disabled residential living. It will also focus on what Vital Involvement can look like in nursing home residents with appropriate support, for meaningful daily life among those extremely disabled, physically limited elders and their caregivers.
