Wolf Chair and Professor in the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, has conducted research in the areas of family violence and health disparities related to trauma since 1980. She has received 10 major NIH, National Institute of Justice or Centers for Disease Control and Prevention research grants and published more than 150 articles and seven books on violence against women.
