Finances and Relationships Across the Life-span - Audio Recording

The focus of this symposium is an evaluation of finances and relationships across the life-span. The presenters found that wedding rituals were related to relationship satisfaction but unrelated to commitment; a person's perceived satisfaction with financial decisions predict marital satisfaction; when spousal income was different, perceptions of household labor tasks were predictive of wives', but not husbands' relationship satisfaction; gender differences in the amount of support received over four generations.
