Beginning September 2012, FDA will require larger, more prominent cigarette health warnings on all cigarette packaging and advertisements in the United States.

According to the American Red Cross (ARC), most people who survive a cardiac emergency are helped by a bystander.  In this important video, ARC tells the story of an older gentleman saved by CPR administered by his son and a bystander in a grocery store.  The American Red Cross has a YouTube channel with helpful videos on CPR, natural disasters, preparedness and all kinds of vital information. Are you up to date on your CPR training?  You never know when you will be called upon to be that life-saving bystander.
