The Affiliate Councils major award for professional members is the Meritorious Service Award given to affiliate members who have held office and contributed to affiliate relations with NCFR.

Student awards from the Affiliate Councils all include stipends and recognition at the annual conference.  The SNP President for a Day Award includes a $750 travel stipend to attend the annual conference.

The Outstanding Student Research Paper Award is available to a graduate student ($500, poster presentation slot) and an undergraduate student($100).
