The Family Therapy Section unites members who share common interests, goals, and purposes in marital and family therapy. The Section improves the practice of marital and family therapy through the promotion of: a) open dialogue between clinicians, and researchers relative to marital and family therapy theories, research, practice and training; b) the integration of theory, research and practice; and c) effective, efficient and ethical practice methods.
