Overpayments of $10.00 or less will be considered a contribution to NCFR. $35.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Returns Policy
NCFR is a small publisher and therefore must implement the following returns policy.

1. All returns must be authorized by the NCFR Returns Department before a return will be accepted.
2. Returns will be accepted for original orders of 10 or more of the same book/product on the same invoice.
3. Returns accepted only if the book/product is resalable. NCFR will not be responsible for books/products damaged in return shipping.
4. All books/products must be returned within six months of the original order ship date.
5. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before returns will be accepted.
6. The maximum refund on the return will be 50% of the original purchase price as indicated on the invoice. Allow 30 days for refunds.
7. Returns will be shipped at customer's expense. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
8. No returns can be accepted for the Vision 2010 series, Initiatives for Families, or 2001 Preparing Families for the Future, Family Science-Professional Development and Career Opportunities, Tools for Ethical Thinking.
