EDUCATION and ENRICHMENT shares information on effective family life education, teaching materials and methods, and marriage enrichment interests. Focus Groups include Marriage and Family Enrichment, Certified Family Life Educators, Sexuality, Parent Education, Families and Grief, and Peace.

Education and Enrichment Section supports effective family life education and enrichment by:

• emphasizing application of the knowledge base in family and related disciplines
• supporting the development and dissemination of excellent materials
• promoting interchange between members
• encouraging excellence

To accomplish these purposes, the Section develops conference programs that focus on the above items, sends notices or newsletters, supports the CFLE program, and makes awards.

NCFR maintains an e-mail listserv for each Section, providing an avenue for Section members to communicate. All Section members are automatically subscribed to the Section listserv.
