This workshop will discuss the negative effects of financial stress on couples' relationships and will provide clinical assessment and intervention guidelines for assisting couples to minimize the impact of such stress. Guidelines for referrals for financial counseling and/or individual therapy will also be discussed. Case examples and video demonstrations will be used to illustrate clinical decision-making and intervention procedures
