Second, "Psychological and Academic Problems of Children of Deployed Military Service Members: A Meta-Analysis of Quantitative Research," presents quantitative evidence about the relation between parental deployment and children's outcomes. Finally, "Methodological Challenges and Areas for Future Research," discusses the limitations and challenges to research in this area.
