Parenting Stress Predictors and Implications in Mexican American Families

Parenting stress presents a significant risk to family well-being.  This symposium considers processes contributing to parenting stress, and the links between parenting stress and parenting behaviors among Mexican American families.  Implications for culturally valid research and applied programs to reduce parenting stress will be discussed.
