Cancellations, refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and posted by October 14, 2013. All refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50 ($30 for student registrations). No refunds after October 14. No refunds for special events, workshops or pre-conference events unless the event is canceled. Refund checks will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after the conference.
