NCFR's Feminism and Family Studies section will be conferring two awards in 2013: 1) the Outstanding Research Proposal from a Feminist Perspective and 2) the Outstanding Contribution to Feminist Paper Scholarship. 

Application deadline for both awards is April 15, 2013. These awards, given to a graduate student or new professional, are in honor of the late Jessie Bernard, former NCFR Board member and pioneer in the field of feminist family studies.
