Family Policies across the Globe

Springer publishing is inviting scholars to contribute to a new edited volume on global family policy. The purpose of this book is to provide a comprehensive coverage of the different types of explicit and implicit family policies around the world, with a wide geographical representation, addressing family policy development, implementation and evaluation. The book will advance theoretical understanding, shape policy, and inform practice by welcoming submissions from experts in family policies in different countries around the world. The editor is Mihaela Robila, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Family Studies, Queens College, City University of New York. Deadline is August 15, 2012.
