New SAMHSA study finds 19.9% mental illness rate

A recent study from the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration reports that nearly 1 in 5 American adults experienced mental illness in the past year.  "Too many Americans are not getting the help they need and opportunities to prevent and intervene early are being missed," said SAMHSA Administrator Pamela S.
