The UN launched a campaign to encourage good deeds for World Humanitarian Day. A campaign website has been launched, and will provide members of the public with an opportunity to unite and share their individual acts of good. On the day itself, which falls on Sunday, August 19, the campaign aims to reach one billion people in a day with a single message. Mark your calendars, and do a random act of kindness on that day!
