This guidebook is designed to help individuals who may be thinking about divorce to consider the decision carefully and make the best decision. It offers research-based information about the many questions individuals may have about the decision to divorce or stay together and repair the relationship. It also offers numerous personal application exercises to think about and tailor the information to the reader's unique situation.
