Funding your Research
Successful grant writing is a fundamental skill that researchers must have. Competition for research funding is keen. We have assembled a list of resources to help you in your search.
Grant writing is a unique form of writing. There is often a wordcount limit and grant reviewers follow strict guidelines to ensure that every stipulation in the call for proposals is fulfilled. Governmental sources and foundations are usually quite specific about their mission — some websites have a link titled "What We Fund." Some of the websites will have a listserv or an RSS feed you can subscribe to, allowing you to get notifications.
