NCFR

The Affiliate Councils Board is seeking names of members who are interested in and committed to serve in a leadership role on the Affiliate Councils Board from 2012-2014.  The Elections Committee of the Affiliate Councils Board is to identify people who are willing to commit their time and energy for leadership positions. Please consider how your skills and gifts might benefit the Affiliate Councils Board.  In turn, we are quite sure that you will gain valuable leadership experience and will grow personally as well as professionally. 

We are looking for nominees in the following positions:

Secretary

Serves as a member on the Affiliate Councils Board. The Secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings, and prepare them for distribution and add to the AC Presidents SharePoint site or retain for the annual report. The Secretary is expected to attend board meetings and the annual conference.

Student/New Professional Representative

Serves as a member on the Affiliate Councils Board and the S/NP Steering Committee and represents the concerns of the S/NP's for 2012-2014.  Attend the Affiliate Council Board Meetings and the annual conference. They shall also chair the Outstanding Graduate/Undergraduate Research Paper Award and the NCFR Student/New Professional President for a Day Award.

The elected officers will take office at the close of the annual conference in November 2012.
