NCFR Standards for Ethics and Conduct

The National Council on Family Relations (NCFR) Ethical Principles and Guidelines for NCFR Members, the Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) Code of Conduct, the NCFR Mentoring Academy Ethical Guidelines, and the NCFR Conference Code of Conduct are meant to inspire and encourage Family Scientists and Family Life Educators to act ethically; provide guidance in dealing with complex ethical issues; create safe and collegial environments for free expression without harrassment, discrimination, or hostility; and increase the level of professional consciousness.
