NCFR will host state/regional affiliate websites on its servers at no charge.

• Affiliates must have designated people responsible for content and technical components of their websites.
• NCFR staff can assist with technical matters, logos, and design advice, but cannot design sites or manage content.
• NCFR can create a Google Analytics account for the affiliate site to measure website activity, and provide instructions on how to use it.
• The affiliate's presiding officer and web content manager will be asked to affirm via email, the following statement.
  
  "NCFR is not responsible for content or links that appear on the affiliate website. Opinions, references, and information presented are the sole responsibility of the affiliate chapter and its officers and members."

• The new NCFR logo must be included on the website homepage in a prominent position. Link the graphic to the NCFR website homepage.
• Recommended size for the NCFR logo is 120 pixels wide. The descriptive phrase "catalyzing research, theory and practice" must be readable.
• Under the NCFR logo include the following phrase if space permits
  "[State affiliate acronym or name] is an affiliate of the National Council on Family Relations"
  If space does not permit, this language should be included as part of the general description of the affiliate.
