CFLE Receives Award

Laurie Bulock, CFLE, Ph.D., was recently presented with the 2024 Faculty Teaching Innovation Award by the Michigan State University College of Social Science. The award is granted to someone who creatively approaches teaching and supporting students to achieve learning outcomes. Dr. Bulock uses a modern and student-centric approach including leading an human development and family science Career Podcast.

 

Seven Programs Update Their CFLE-Approved Program Status

The Family Science undergraduate program at Freed-Hardeman University, the Human Development and Family Science undergraduate program at Indiana State University, the Family Science undergraduate programs at Mississippi University for Women, the Human Development and Family Studies undergraduate program at Stephen F. Austin State University, the Family Studies undergraduate program at the Arizona Christian University, and the Family Life Education graduate programs at Andrews University recently renewed their CFLE-approved program status. New Mexico State University also reinstated its Human Development and Family Science undergraduate program. Thank you to these programs for their dedication to Family Life Education.
