The Mid-Atlantic Council on Family Relations (MACFR), a regional affiliate of the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR), in collaboration with the Applied Family Science and Psychology programs at Wilmington University, is pleased to announce its Disrupting Human Trafficking conference. 

Attendees will have the option of attending breakout session prior to the keynote. Keynote speaker David L. Garlock is a successful returning citizen and criminal justice reform leader. Sharing his powerful testimony of grace and redemption, as well as leveraging his professional expertise and wide-reaching network, David fights for second chances for all and believes that everyone is worthy to be restored.
