A Family Life Education (FLE) progam is developed by a practitioner to equip families with information and resources using an educational, preventive, and strengths-based approach. It can be difficult to form a FLE program that recognizes and adapts to an ever-changing and diverse society.

To form a program that is both structured and flexible in meeting the needs of the community, a Family Life Educator must consider how the program can adjust to the audience and context. This involves thinking creatively about participant engagement and delivery modality while continuously considering the reproducability and fidelity of the program.

This 2-part webinar series will provide a foundation for developing and executing an effective FLE program that meets the objectives and goals of the families in which it is intended to support.
