This one-day training is designed for family professionals to develop the skills necessary to support children, family members, and other individuals who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and traumatic events. Participants will increase their knowledge of ACEs, trauma, and trauma-informed care; understand the physiological effect of trauma on the brain; and learn applications for work with youth, adults, and the larger community. 

An additional training date is on Aug. 22, 2018.
