Unique Techniques for Positive Relationships, Part 2: Personality
This training teaches participants how to increase their interpersonal skills using the Color Code theory. Participants will gain an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each color, why each color does what it does, and how to effectively communicate, interact, and get along with each color. This course is a mixture of lecture and activities.
This workshop immediately follows part 1.
Intended audience: Unmarried individuals (singles and couples) seeking healthy relationships skills. Also open to Certified Family Life Educators, married couples, ministers, social workers, counselors, life coaches,family therapists, and lawyers.
Part 1 is approved for 1.5 CFLE contact hours (0.15 CEU) of continuing education credit.
Part 2 is approved for 3.5 CFLE contact hours (0.35 CEU) of continuing education credit.
Both trainings: 5 contact hours (0.5 CEU)

At the end of this training, participants will:
- Identify the four core personality types
- Know what motivates each color
- Communicate more effectively with others
- Reduce interpersonal tensions and conflicts
- Improve personal and romantic relationships
