If you would like a certificate verifying your FLE Summit Attendance, be sure to include the Summit Attendance Verification (SAV) in your registration. The cost is $10.
Purchase Attendance Verification
This option is available to Certified Family Life Educators (CFLEs) if desired for their own records; NCFR does not require CFLEs to submit CE verification. CFLEs can earn up to 12.5 credit hours by attending the full 2021 FLE Summit.
Submitting your FLE Summit Attendance
To receive your Summit Attendance Verification certificate, complete the online webform indicating which sessions you attended.

Receiving your FLE Summit Attendance Verification (SAV) Certificate
Certificates for Summit Attendance Verification will be sent via email based on the timeline below after your verification submission is reviewed by NCFR and payment is verified:
- Summit attendees who submit their completed verification form by June 30, 2021, will receive their PDF certificate by email no later than July 31, 2021.
- The deadline to submit the 2021 FLE Summit Attendance Verification form is December 31, 2021.
- Forms submitted after June 30, 2021, will be processed on the following schedule:

Please note: Only one Summit Attendance Verification certificate will be issued so please view/participate in all sessions you intend to have verified before submitting the form.
