Gerontology (Minor)
The Gerontology Minor requires 15 credit hours of undergraduate work. 12 of these credits must be core and elective courses from the Gerontology Minor curriculum. These courses double-count for this minor if they are also required by the student’s major or another minor. The remaining 3 credits must be either an internship experience off campus, or a mentored research project on campus. The internship or research project needs to focus on adults over 50 or issues relating to adults over 50.
