- Be introduced to the Youth Inclusion Implementation Guide (YIIG) and Module
- Be introduced to the model for adult learning within the YIIG (i.e. reflective practice)
- Learn how adult-youth relationships impact Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
- Learn strategies for strengthening the impact adult-youth relationships have on DEI within the program
