Southeastern Council on Family Relations (SECFR) 2020 Conference
The Southeastern Council on Family Relations (SECFR), a regional affiliate of the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR), will hold its 2020 annual conference April 2-4 in Birmingham, Alabama. Working theme: Professional Development in Family Sciences.
Family professionals from a nine-state region will come together for presentations from invited speakers, paper and poster presentations, and connecting with colleagues. SECFR includes the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
A call for papers, workshops, posters, and possibly other proposals will be announced later in 2019.
The 2019 conference on "The Evolution of Relationships: Changing Social Roles" on April 11-13 in Bentonville, Arkansas.
The 2019 conference was approved for 6.5 CFLE contact hours of continuing education credit. Credits for 2020 TBA.
