The site of the 2019 NCFR Annual Conference is the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. All conference meetings and sessions will take place on its premises. NCFR conference attendees are encouraged to reserve a room at the Omni and take advantage of a special attendee rate.

Please note: The Omni Fort Worth Hotel is now sold out of guest rooms Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights, Nov. 20–22. A limited number of rooms are still available Sunday night, Monday night, and Saturday night the week of the conference.

Guests have the option of rooms with a roll-in shower, with or without a tub; both have a hand-held shower head and grab bars. The toilet is no higher than 29 inches from the floor, with grab bars.

Travel & Transportation

Airport

The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the primary international airport serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex area and is the second largest airline hubs in the world. It is conveniently located between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth and is served by many major international and regional airlines. DFW International Airport was named the 2019 airport of the year by Air Transport World. We recommend that you book your flight to land at DFW Airport. It is closest, most convenient, and the least costly option for airport transportation options. If you are flying on Southwest Airlines, it will take you to Dallas Love Field. Transportation from Dallas Love Field to downtown Fort Worth can be expensive, and this may take away any money you save, so check before you go (unless you take public transportation).

 

Ground Transportation

There are several modes of transportation available to get from the airport to the hotel, including taxis, Uber/Lyft, shuttles, and public transportation. Please see the detailed instructions in our Complete Guide to Fort Worth (PDF).

Fort Worth has an excellent public transit system that includes the trinity-metro, ACCESS paratransit service, and the Trinity Railway Express. There are also easily accessed highways and bicycle routes. There are several mobile apps that can assist you in getting around and purchasing tickets. See full details. 

 

Parking at the Omni Hotel

The Omni Fort Worth Hotel uses the Convention Center Garage for its parking, located across the street at 1200 Houston Street. Daily parking is $22 per vehicle, with no in/out privileges. See more details here.

Street and meter parking is free weekdays from 6 p.m. – 5 a.m., and free over the weekends with no time restrictions.
