Free for NCFR members & CFLEs / $89 for nonmembers

Since the first efforts in Family Life Education were begun, there has been a struggle to define this new and growing field. The overlap among family-serving professions has been confusing for both professionals and families. In the October 2011 issue of Family Relations, a new model to define the domains and boundaries of family practice (the Domains of Family Practice Model) was introduced. This webinar will help participants to become familiar with the basic model and will share some methods for applying it. The webinar is appropriate for employers and established community professionals, students and new professionals, professors and trainers, and advisers and career/employment counselors.

All four authors of the domains article will be presenters in this webinar:

  • Karen Myers-Bowman, Ph.D., CFLE
  • Sharon Ballard, Ph.D., CFLE
  • Judy Myers-Walls, Ph.D., CFLE
  • Carol Darling, Ph.D., CFLE

This webinar has been approved for 1 Contact Hour CFLE continuing education credit.
