Group facilitation is a core skill for educators. In this webinar, NCFR member Jean Illsley Clarke, CFLE, author of Who, Me Lead a Group? will address two important aspects of facilitation skills: Dunbar's research on group sizes that enhance individual learning and social interaction, and a comparison of three ways of presenting the same information: narrative or lecture, chunking, and pictogram. We will also consider how learning style preferences relate to ease of learning by each method and how to combine them in order to create optimal learning experiences.

This webinar has been approved for 1 Contact Hour CFLE continuing education credit.
