The Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) is now accepting applications for the 2018 Victoria S. Levin Award for Early Career Success in Young Children’s Mental Health Research. 

The purpose of this award is to help junior investigators achieve federal funding for developmental science research that will "address concerns affecting the early foundations of children's mental health and well-being." The grant supports the awardee during the process of submitting an application to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) including compensation while away from normal duties, travel funds to NIH, and providing a pre-review of the application. 

The deadline for applications is Sept. 5, 2018.
