Results of the “SDGs & Families” Global Research Project

NCFR member Mihaela Robila, Ph.D., CFLE, was an invited panelist at the United Nations (U.N.) on Wednesday, May 16 on the U.N.'s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Dr. Robila, who is NCFR's co-representative to the U.N., along with Bahira Trask, Ph.D., discussed the results of the “SDGs & Families” global research project in which she participated. This project highlights how families and policies for families, can contribute to the achievement of SDGs. Dr. Robila spoke about SDG #3, which is to "ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.” 

Dr. Robila's part begins around 25:15 in the video below. She is followed by Dominic Richardson, Ph.D., (32:00) who will be a plenary speaker at the 2018 NCFR Annual Conference.
