During Super Bowl LV, General Motors ran a commercial promoting their new electric vehicles. The commercial stars comedian Will Ferrell attempting to attack Norway, which has led the world in sales of electric vehicles. 

In response, the University of Agder, Norway, has released a "public apology." Although something tells us they're not really sorry.
