The Military Families and Children Focus Group will provide an opportunity for researchers, therapists, family life educators, and other service providers interested in issues related to military families to connect and collaborate with other researchers and practitioners interested in military service members, Veterans, and their families. This focus group aims to promote theory, research, and evaluation related to military family issues, educate professionals about existing research and programs, and support scholarship and program development for military families.

• The Military Families and Children Focus Group offers awards for outstanding professional proposal and outstanding Students and New Professionals proposal.
