Manage Your NCFR Membership
My NCFR at my.ncfr.org is the self-service customer portal that takes you to your NCFR membership record and a variety of services you can access online.
First, Log In
my.ncfr.org requires you to log in. If you're not sure about your username or password, contact us at [email protected] or 888-781-9331. Many services are open only to members, but nonmembers can use the portal for conference registration and to get to the NCFR online store.
Payments, Contributions, Event Registration
You can pay member fees or CFLE fees, make contributions to NCFR awards, review your payment history, or register for events, such as the NCFR Annual Conference.
Renew or Change Your Membership
From the "My Account" menu, go to "Pay Open Invoices or Renew Membership" and then click on "adjust your membership order."
Edit Your Profile and Member Record
In the "My Profile" area of the portal, you can update your contact information, list your employment and education information, provide your areas of expertise and demographic information, and change your email preferences. Your demographics are not public information and are never displayed. The data is important to staff in planning and also in reporting about NCFR and its membership demographics.
Sections and Focus Groups
Review your section and focus group memberships and make changes.
Online Member Directory
With the online member directory — available by login to members only through NCFR's online discussion groups platform — you can search for NCFR members by area of expertise or by location. Members are able to change their profile-display preferences in their "My Account" privacy settings within the discussion groups interface.
