Continuing Education Hours (CE)

• National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) (same agency as AAMFT) — approved provider; $25 for NCFR members/$50 for non-members

• National Association of Social Workers (NASW), $25 for NCFR members/$50 for non-members

• Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) — $25 for NCFR members/$50 for non-members (Note: NCFR does not require CFLEs to submit CE verification. CFLEs should register for CE verification only if wanted for their own record-keeping.)

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel — deadline Oct. 19!

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and posted by Oct. 19, 2017. No refunds after Oct. 19. No refunds for special events, workshops, or preconference events unless the event is canceled. Refund checks will be mailed approximately three weeks after the conference.

All refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee of $50 ($30 for student registrations).

Please email Sue Baker, NCFR's accounting manager, about any cancellation/refund requests. 

In the event that NCFR must cancel an annual conference due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the conference, NCFR has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date.
