Poster Sessions Sponsor, $3,000 for 5 sessions (1) FILLED —  The Pennsylvania State University

Five large-scale poster sessions — 70-75 posters at each session — are planned throughout the conference: two on Wednesday (including one paired with our popular President's Reception for all attendees), one Thursday, one Friday, one Saturday. 

As our poster sessions sponsor, you'll put your organization squarely in front of the several hundred poster presenters and student and professional attendees browsing and discussing poster content throughout the conference!

Support the Theory Construction and Research Methodology (TCRM) Workshop by sponsoring their 8 sessions. This year, all TCRM sessions are open to all NCFR conference attendees, and is included free with conference registration. Sessions include workshops, paper sessions, dialogue sessions, and a special session in the main ballroom.

Support online streaming of conference sessions, part of NCFR's efforts to ensure increasingly wider conference participation, reach of conference content, and flexibility for participants. NCFR anticipates streaming 17 to 19 conference sessions online — with live watching or on-demand viewing of recordings available — in 2022.

Accessibility Sponsor (Captioning), $2,500 (1) — FILLED — Auburn University

NCFR strives to make the conference experience and content more accessible to all attendees. NCFR will offer live on-screen captioning for its three plenary sessions at the 2022 conference, provided by a captionist with expertise in captioning academic content. All attendees will also be provided with handheld fans/signs to use in any session to indicate to a presenter to speak louder.

App Sponsor, $2,000 FILLED— University of Arkansas

More attendees use the conference app each year to navigate the conference and their conference schedule than any other program format. Support advances in technology to improve the conference experience and reduce paper usage by sponsoring the conference app!

Wellness Sponsor, $2,000 (1)

Support attendees' well-being during their on-site conference experience by sponsoring morning yoga sessions Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; the availability of a meditation/spirituality room; and the availability of water stations throughout meeting rooms.

Support free WiFi in meeting spaces for attendees to ensure they have access to all the information they need during the conference!

Relax and Recharge Room Sponsor, $1,500 (1)

The Relax and Recharge Room will offer a quiet space to casually take a break from conference activities on your own or with a colleagues; charge your electronic devices with NCFR-provided chargers; or use an NCFR computer/printing station for a quick task. (The online streaming of conference sessions will no longer be broadcast in this room, allowing for a quieter and more relaxed experience.)

  • Your Advertising Pieces (distributed by NCFR): sponsor may provide leave-behind piece for their department/program (e.g., flier, brochure) in the Relax and Recharge Room

  • OPTION: Add on food or beverage to be provided in the R&R Room, at additional cost (which NCFR will promote to attendees)

Refreshment Station Sponsor — price and number open

Provide a beverage or snack break available to any/all conference attendees! Choose a dollar amount that works for you and we'll work with you to arrange the date, time, and refreshment offering.
