Photography, Audio, and Video Policy

Use of Your Image/Voice

Participants in NCFR events, including the 2022 NCFR Annual Conference (the “Conference”), agree to allow NCFR to capture, use, and distribute photographs, audio, and/or video containing their image and/or voice. "Participant" refers to anyone present at any NCFR event, regardless of registration status.

NCFR uses photo, audio, and video of Conference events and Conference participants in its promotional materials, such as the NCFR website, social media accounts, print brochures, and other publications. A curated online gallery of photos is also made available for Conference attendees to view.

Official conference photographers will be identified during in-person conferences by a label on their conference badge. NCFR asks that participants do not photograph or record presenters, presentations, or posters without the prior permission of the authors/presenters during any event. If your image or voice should not be featured in NCFR photographs, video, or audio recordings, please contact NCFR before the event.

Your Access to Conference Recordings

During the Conference, selected Conference sessions will be streamed online and recorded. After the conference, registered attendees will have online access to audio and video recordings of selected sessions. A year after the Conference, all NCFR members will have access to these recordings. Classroom use licenses are also available for purchase.

If you have further questions about NCFR event photography, audio, or video, please contact [email protected] or visit the Conference registration desk on site.
