Be Aware of Hotel Scams

The Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando is the only hotel contracted for NCFR 2023. If you are contacted by anyone about hotel reservations for NCFR 2023, please be aware they are not endorsed by NCFR or the Rosen Centre. Entering into agreements with third parties can have costly consequences and put you at risk of identity theft.

Neither NCFR nor the Rosen Centre will contact you to solicit a reservation.  

Instead, contact the Rosen Centre yourself by using NCFR’s dedicated reservation link, or call the Rosen Centre directly at 1-800-204-7234 to access the official NCFR room block at the special rate of $179 per night.

The Rosen Centre is headquarters for the 2023 NCFR Annual Conference. All presentations, meetings, poster sessions, exhibits, and events will be held at this location. Staying in the official NCFR room block is convenient for you to stay connected to conference activities and informal networking opportunities.

Conference attendee self-parking is available at fifty percent off the prevailing rates at the Hotel.

The Rosen Centre Hotel features nine dining options within the hotel, including a sushi bar, casual dining with buffet, a deli, bar lounge, and fine dining. There also is an in-hotel coffee bar.

There are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the hotel, and it is easy to get to Disney World, Universal Studios, and other nearby theme-park attractions.

Ground Transportation

Hotel and private shuttles, buses, taxis and Uber service, and the SunRail service all connect to Orlando International Airport. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios.

Mears Taxi and Orlando Taxi 24 are two options for ground transportation from the Orlando airport to Rosen Centre.
