• Outstanding Service Award
• Helen Gum Westlake Distinguished Member Award
• Faculty Mentor Award
• Outstanding Student Research Award

To make a nomination, you must be a member of NCFR and/or ILCFR. You may nominate more than one person, but please use one copy of the form for each nominee. Submit all nominations by March 1, 2018, to Stacy Thompson via email.
