The NCFR Board of Directors is excited to hear feedback from NCFR members and Certified Family Life Educators (CFLEs) this fall to inform the organization's strategic planning!

It's been more than 10 years since NCFR last worked on strategic planning, and since then, the organization has been impacted by many societal shifts. The Board has been thinking deeply about a strategic planning process for NCFR but can't chart this course alone: Feedback is needed from the members/owners of the NCFR community — the NCFR Members and CFLEs who have a direct interest in NCFR succeeding and realizing its full potential.

That's why the Board is excited to embark on the next phase of a strategic planning process, engaging with and listening to members' and CFLEs' feedback this fall about high-level vision and Global Ends statements for NCFR.

The feedback process starts Sept. 10 with a survey for members and CFLEs about a vision statement; the survey will be open through Sept. 23.
