NCFR has added a remote attendance option for its 2023 NCFR Annual Conference. Participants can now opt to attend either onsite at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida, or from a remote location.

Early-bird registration has been extended to Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Presenting Remotely

• Most conference presenters will have the opportunity to present their work remotely (see what sessions here).
• Presenters: please indicate how you plan to present. Complete this RSVP form by Tuesday, Aug. 15.

Attending Remotely

• Remote attendees will be able to access all plenaries, special sessions, invited sessions, symposia, paper sessions, and virtual poster sessions.
• Other activities, such as receptions, workshops, business meetings, and exhibits will not be available to remote attendees. See a detailed breakdown here.
• A limited number of spots will be available for remote attendees to gather at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus Wed-Fri of the conference only (not on Sat). These spots will be first-come, first-serve. A sign-up form and more detailed information will follow.
• If you have already registered – thank you! We will be in touch at a later date to ask how you plan to attend. 
• Presenters must tell us how they intend to present by Aug. 15 by completing this form.
