Cynthia Osborne, Ph.D., is a 14-year NCFR member and the director of the Center of Health and Social Policy  (CHASP) at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. Her recently published work "Family Instability, Multipartner Fertility, and Behavior in Middle Childhood" in NCFR's Journal of Marriage and Family is being noted by The Child and Family Research Partnership (CFRP).
